A Insurance Support Assistant is an entry level insurance operations position, which provides support to a Saint Louis based insurance brokerage agency. It allows for new employees to become acquainted with the insurance industry and our company culture.
DUTIES
Order APS (Attending Physician Statements)
Application preparation
Schedule client appointments for medical exams (labs)
Review insurance holdings in our CRM (Junxure) for accuracy.
Enter new insurance policies into our CRM (Junxure)
Process insurance policy updates into our CRM (Junxure)
Scanning client statements
Process inforce policy service requests
Create advisor online access for carrier websites
Handle miscellaneous activities as they arise
Develop and maintain written systems of all their activities
