Tollway office towers are located near Arapaho Road and were built in the mid-1980s.

Two Far North Dallas office towers have been snapped up by a St. Louis investor. The Tollway Towers are on the Dallas North Tollway just north of Arapaho Road.

Built in the 1980s, the 12-story and 13-story high-rises contain more than 320,000 square feet of office space.

A unit of Dallas-based Champion Partners sold the buildings, which were renovated in 2017.

The high-profile towers were purchased by an affiliated of St. Louis financial firm Larson Capital Management LLC.

New York-based LMF Commercial financed the transaction.

Tenants in the buildings include Pursant Group, SRS Real Estate, Americap Insurance, Enercon Services and LHP Hospital Group.
